So,what ever did happen to the Star Wars Kid? I mean,I certainly do not doubt that, collectively,he has been mocked for over a thousand lifetimes already. Still,I would assume there had to be some prestige associated with having made the masses as …er …“happy”…with his performance …and that he eventually found worth in his life again. If anyone has heard about his current wanderings,do let me know;I’ve always thought that, taking it all into account,it would be an honor to face him in golf ball retrievered-combat.
Although we had some fun with crocs-wearers in our most recent recordings,we certainly weren’t the best to do so online …
Ah,Mankind’s “mandible claw”…Truth be told,I was a pretty big WWE (WWF) fan from around 1997 to 2003,my favorite superstar being Mick Foley. No,at no point did I ever believe any part of it,other than the skills involved with carrying out [scripted] moves, was real. Call it a “guilty pleasure.”Whatever the case, you now know why you’ll probably continue to hear me make wrestling references in future entries.

I question the idea that his sole reason for siding with NBC was to “guarantee his people would have work.”Are there no other shows? I don’t see why as talented a crew would have trouble finding another job. Now I’m not saying that this isn’t the case, but if Mr. Leno was trying to be as benevolent as that idea suggests,I’m sure he could have always helped fund his staff to some degree with his prominent opulence. I simply find the way he let things happen dishonorable, but I also realize that such concepts have no place in those planes …
Shout Outs
Band Hero:The only notable feature I failed to mention in my little soliloquy there, really, was the fact that you can play as the No Doubt band avatars. Now that’s boss!
Active Time Babble VII:Final Fantasy XIII:This episode features 1Up.com’s list of 2009’s best RPGs,and first impressions of the Final Fantasy XIII import. Yes,unlike Neil,I don’t abhor the art of recapitulation shows and will find it,in some instances,a way to revisit and cement memorable media in my mind.
