Okay, initial impressions. Huge, but fairly easy to navigate. If you want to get into ANY of the Q&A's then expect to wait massively (for Ballroom 20 at 12:30 was over a mile long [Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJdDsbs9sGo ...the line was longer today] for Hall H it was longer).

Yah, the last couple years you expect to queue up for at least 30 minutes for not big rooms. The larger ones can be upwards of 45min to an hour. But, PAX East made us discover We Didn't Playtest This so I'm happy with that.
