Episode 50 – New World Campaign – Machiavellian Machinations Part 3 of 3

From the desk of the dragon on whose shoulders the Church of the New World will be built …

The new Vandelay returns to the Kobold stronghold. Grakk and the ambitious little whelps have been
toiling day and night, and the fledgling “empire” might be ready for expansion … Will our adventurers
support the motion and continue to guide the zany ones, or will they hesitate and keep an eye on their
dreams of grandeur? On second thought, some choices are not black or white …

Back at the colony, with the recent influx of settlers and factions, the time to formalize a ruling body has
come. And with a party as “colorful” as Vandelay, more than a single interest permeates the movement.
In times where hierarchy, ethics, and wealth both coexist and clash every day, will a lone virtue emerge
as the most powerful?

The cogs of fate begin to turn.

Episode 49 – New World Campaign – Machiavellian Machinations Part 2 of 3

From the desk of the veteran leader …

Camulus, Empyron, and Timaeus take on a band of brigands as the great tavern battle begins. Their
newest member, the old dragonborn, starts to remember the weight of his sword in his hand… but can’t
quite seem to wrap his head around the wizard’s antics …

At half-strength, will our brave adventurers emerge victorious… ?

Episode 48 – New World Campaign – Machiavellian Machinations Part 1 of 3

From the desk of the original “Platinum Cleric” …

With a brand new (old, actually) ally in their ranks, the band continues its survey of the agricultural operations at the kobold stronghold, where the mostly inept critters can’t seem to help but continue delivering a zany performance …

Our adventures meet with another new faction on the shores of the New World. The Crusaders of Pelor waste very little time proving their religious fervor, brashly intimating a final solution to the goblin problem …

As patience rapidly becomes a luxury, our heroes are pressed to move forward with the “goblin holy land” gambit. But can they make a prophet out of the bumbling and simple-minded Mod … who might have just forgotten the whole plan in the interim… ?

And tempers are brought to a boil at the tavern. With Kinit’s fate on the line and a score to settle with the Thieves’ Guild (who happens to have representatives in attendance), will Vandelay waste an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone… ?
